Senior Scheduler

The Senior Scheduler provides consumers access to healthcare services by scheduling patients for complex services, such as surgery and special procedures, ensuring timely and accurate appointments. This role acts as a liaison between patients, facilities, and providers to coordinate exams, tests, and procedures while serving as a resource and trainer for new staff. The position also involves pre-registering patients in the electronic health record to facilitate insurance verification and authorization.
