Responsibilities

Design and execute complex in vitro and in vivo experiments for drug discovery
Lead multi-parameter flow cytometry assays and cell sorting from biological tissues
Develop and optimize siRNA approaches for target validation and mechanistic studies
Conduct in vivo mouse studies including disease modeling and phenotypic characterization
Mentor junior scientists and contribute to scientific strategy and program advancement

Skills

Qualifications
