As a member of the Biocatalysis Center of Excellence, the successful candidate will focus on enzyme screening, reaction optimization, and the development of biocatalytic workflows while collaborating across research and manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

Independently develop biocatalytic platforms and workflows aligned with process objectives.
Design and execute experiments to optimize enzymatic reactions for API synthesis.
Contribute innovative ideas for enzymatic and organic transformations in pharmaceutical processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design novel enzyme-enabled synthetic routes.
Maintain accurate compliance documentation in electronic laboratory notebooks.
