About this role

The Senior Scientist will lead research and development of advanced algorithms for overhead persistent infrared and electro-optical/infrared sensing systems, supporting national security missions. The role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating sensor performance models, analyzing optical signature data, and delivering technical briefings and reports to customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead development of advanced OPIR and EO/IR algorithms
Analyze optical signature data to generate intelligence insights
Mentor junior analysts and ensure technical accuracy of analytic products

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Image Science, Engineering, Applied Physics, Atmospheric Science, Applied Mathematics, or related fieldActive Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI and CI polygraph
