The role involves coordinating with various disciplines during pre-award, award management, and post-award phases to handle supplier negotiations, contract execution, and progress monitoring. The specialist will act as the primary point of contact for suppliers, managing commercial, contractual, and coordination matters while ensuring compliance with project standards.
