Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager

This remote role serves as the primary guiding authority for Agile ceremonies, structure, and delivery discipline across the engineering organization. The position sets and enforces Agile standards, coaches a cohort of Scrum Masters, and personally acts as Scrum Master for a subset of teams to ensure day-to-day delivery alignment. Additionally, the role owns the organization's Agile Development Metrics & Quality Accountability Framework, translating Jira and GitHub activity into trustworthy delivery and quality signals for leadership.
