The Senior Security Operations Centre Analyst is responsible for identifying, investigating, and responding to cybersecurity threats affecting LifeLabs systems and data. This role involves advanced threat detection, incident response, and providing technical expertise in security monitoring and forensics. The position also includes mentoring junior team members and refining SOC tools and processes.
LifeLabs is Canada’s largest provider of community laboratory and diagnostic testing services, serving patients, clinicians and health systems across multiple provinces. It operates a network of patient collection centres and mobile phlebotomy services to deliver blood and specimen collection, clinical chemistry, microbiology, genetic and specialized testing (including COVID-19 testing). LifeLabs offers online appointment booking and electronic results delivery, and partners with healthcare providers and public health organizations to ensure timely, high-quality diagnostics and support population health initiatives.
