Senior Semiconductor Device Engineer

Helion is seeking a Senior Semiconductor Device Engineer to drive the design and development of cutting-edge semiconductors for high-performance pulsed power systems used in fusion generators. The role involves rapid prototyping, testing, and validation of high-reliability, high-efficiency switching components in a fast-paced, onsite environment. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams and apply data-backed decision-making to iterate on designs. This position reports directly to the Senior Manager of Electrical Engineering.
