Senior Service Designer

A Senior Service Designer is sought to support a large-scale retail banking transformation program for a major Vietnamese bank, focusing on designing end-to-end service experiences for retail lending products. The role involves translating customer needs and business goals into seamless journeys through an Agile, squad-based model while collaborating with consulting partners and client teams.
