About this role

A Senior SharePoint Engineer / Administrator acts as the technical subject matter expert for SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services, including Teams and Power Platform. This role owns the design, governance, migration strategy, and operational excellence of the enterprise document platform, supporting hundreds of sites across multiple business units. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong governance discipline to lead enterprise-scale migrations and optimize platform performance.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain enterprise SharePoint architecture and hub site models
Lead enterprise-scale document and site migrations from legacy platforms
Configure and manage migration and governance tools such as ShareGate
Implement governance for site lifecycle management, archival, and decommissioning
Develop automation and tooling using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph
