About this role
The Shift Engineer at JLL Pune (Manjari) ensures continuous operation of the building's electromechanical and utilities systems during assigned shifts. The role leads and develops the onsite engineering and maintenance team, coordinates with property management, vendors and occupants, and maintains asset documentation and compliance. This position reports to the Estate Manager and works on-site in a property and asset management setting.
