About this role

Simulation Software Engineer responsible for building and evolving core infrastructure for Zipline’s high-fidelity digital twins to validate the autonomous drone fleet. The role focuses on deterministic, faster-than-realtime testing of flight logic, cloud connectivity, and multi-vehicle coordination to ensure safety and reliability at scale. This position serves as a company-wide enabler, integrating simulation with hardware, cloud services, and CI pipelines to accelerate development and reduce reliance on physical testing.
