Senior Site Manager

The Senior Site Manager leads and coordinates daily site operations for large-scale residential and commercial building construction projects in Cork. This role involves supervising subcontractors and direct labour to ensure works are completed safely, on schedule, and to specification. The position requires maintaining high-quality delivery through robust quality control processes and enforcing health and safety standards. The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager and other stakeholders to resolve site issues and optimise resource utilisation.
