About this role

The Senior Site Reliability Engineer will work with the Cloud Powered Checkout team to build and maintain highly scalable, multi-tenant checkout solutions that ensure a frictionless customer experience across all sales channels. This role involves proactively maintaining mission-critical infrastructure, cloud platforms, and microservices to achieve the highest levels of availability and reliability. The engineer will collaborate with various teams to resolve production issues, enhance monitoring solutions, and drive continuous improvement in system performance and resilience.

Responsibilities

Triage and resolve site-impacting production issues to reduce mean time to restore
Design and implement alerting solutions using monitoring tools and APIs
Develop reusable tools and dashboards to improve system observability and reliability
