About this role

The Advanced Products Center Manufacturing Engineering organization is seeking a Senior SMT Process Engineer to join the CCA Process Engineering team in McKinney, Texas. This hands-on role operates in a fast-paced, collaborative cleanroom environment, supporting RF microelectronic packaging and surface mount technology within a state-of-the-art Microwave Automated Factory. As subject matter experts, the team plays a critical role in factory success by installing and qualifying new equipment, improving existing processes, and driving process improvement projects.
