The Senior Software Architect will lead the design and evolution of Poppulo’s SaaS Employee Communications platform, driving scalable, secure, and maintainable architectural patterns for a global multi-tenant environment. The role requires deep SaaS and backend engineering expertise, hands-on experience with AWS serverless technologies, distributed systems, and familiarity with AI/ML integrations. The architect will align roadmaps with product vision, lead proofs of concept for emerging technologies, and mentor engineers to promote engineering excellence across the organization.
