A Senior Software Engineer, Agentic on Robinhood’s Business Systems team will build Agentic AI solutions and internal platforms that support Finance, Compliance & Legal, and HR & Recruiting. The role focuses on enabling teams to rapidly build, evaluate, and deploy high-performance AI agents through intuitive tooling, production-grade infrastructure, and continuous optimization. This position is based in Menlo Park, CA or Bellevue, WA with in-person attendance expected at least three days per week.
