About this role
A Senior Software Engineer on Temporal’s Cloud Data Store (CDS) team will help design and maintain the custom persistence stack that stores and serves workflow history at planet scale. The role focuses on building backend functionality for highly scalable, multi-tenant services and ensuring long-term durability, observability, and operational readiness. The engineer will contribute to architecture and delivery of components such as write-ahead logs, metadata stores, multi-level caches, and tiered storage for Temporal Cloud.
