About this role

The Senior Full Stack Engineer at PlayOn will own end-to-end delivery for the HQ web application and its supporting services, shaping both the frontend experience and backend architecture. The role focuses on unifying React-based interfaces with Java, Go, and TypeScript/GraphQL services and PostgreSQL data stores while evolving an event-driven platform. This engineer will drive operational excellence on AWS/EKS with GitOps and mature observability practices. They will also provide technical leadership and direction to internal teams and contractor pods in a growth-stage, mission-driven environment supporting high school events.
