About this role

This is a Senior Software Engineer role within the Core Products team at Crosslake, focusing on building small, autonomous engineering pods that own the full application lifecycle. The candidate will design and ship full-stack software using modern AI-enabled workflows to accelerate delivery for private equity investors and portfolio companies. The position requires deep experience operating across the entire stack, from frontend and backend to cloud infrastructure, while leveraging AI tools for development and testing.

Responsibilities

Design and build full-stack applications from concept to production
Own the full SDLC including design, development, and deployment
Leverage AI tools to accelerate code generation, testing, and debugging
Contribute to system architecture and make pragmatic technical decisions
Maintain production-ready features with a focus on reliability and speed

Skills

Qualifications

BS in Computer Science or related field7+ years of software engineering experience
