Senior Software Engineer, Resilience

The Senior Software Engineer, Resilience at Persona will be a founding member of the new Resilience Engineering function, focusing on enhancing performance, scalability, and observability across the organization. This role requires collaboration with product teams to address critical challenges, leading investigations into major incidents, and promoting reusable resilience patterns and tooling. The engineer will also own the observability strategy, mentor colleagues, and drive operational excellence through defining and measuring service level objectives (SLOs) for key user journeys, ultimately improving product reliability for customers.
