About this role
The Senior (or Mid-senior) Software Engineer at Garvan's Data Science Platform will be involved in the design, implementation, integration, testing, documentation, deployment, and support of software and systems that enable genomics research. This role focuses on building a data portal and analytics platform for single cell and spatial transcriptomics as part of the AllClear program, which studies breast cancer metastasis and relapse mechanisms. This is a 3-year fixed-term contract with a salary dependent on candidate skills and experience.
