Senior Software Engineer

This hands-on senior role focuses on building and maintaining the software behind CMG's marketing platform, including consumer websites, loan-officer microsites, and background services. The position involves shipping features rapidly against structured requirements, owning systems end-to-end from requirements to production, and actively modernizing legacy .NET applications. Engineers are expected to work with AI coding agents, debug complex issues across the full stack, and contribute to a modernized, containerized architecture.
