Senior Software Engineer

This role leads the creation and refinement of the Konflux Performance Strategy, ensuring alignment with user expectations for stability, throughput, and speed. The position involves analyzing performance requirements, identifying gaps in testing approaches, and defining baselines, SLIs, and SLOs for the Konflux ecosystem. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed performance considerations throughout the development lifecycle and drive observability and optimization initiatives.
