Senior Solution Engineer

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Taktile, you will play a pivotal role in transforming clients' decision-making infrastructure by optimizing and automating complex business decisions through advanced AI technology. You will collaborate closely with the Sales Team to build strong customer relationships, leading the design and execution of proof-of-value projects, and onboarding various customer teams to leverage Taktile’s platform. With hands-on experience in Python and modern AI models, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers achieve strategic goals while providing feedback to shape the product roadmap. Your responsibilities will also include managing multiple projects, prototyping technical solutions, and ensuring significant ROI for clients across the financial services industry.
