The Senior Solutions Engineer will support deployment and evolution of Viam’s robotic sanding and surface finishing systems at industrial customer sites, working at the intersection of software, hardware integration, and field operations. The role focuses on ensuring reliable real-world performance, driving iterative improvements, and translating on-site observations into actionable product feedback. You will collaborate closely with internal engineering, operators, and customer stakeholders to scale deployments and ensure customer success.
