Senior Sous Chef

The Senior Sous Chef at Gordon Ramsay at Sea Containers plays a key leadership role in the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to ensure exceptional food quality, consistency, and service standards. This position involves managing the brigade, driving operational excellence, and contributing to menu development while fostering a positive and high-performing kitchen culture. The role also includes coaching junior staff, managing stock and costs, and supporting the successful launch and long-term success of the restaurant.
