The Senior Special Test Equipment (STE) Engineer will support Rocket Lab’s Optical Systems team in developing and sustaining optical test capabilities to ensure accurate characterization, calibration, and verification of advanced optical payloads. The role is based in Tucson, AZ and supports space and defense missions, requiring hands-on lab work, cross-functional collaboration, and support for environmental testing and test facility operations.
