The role involves enhancing customer experience, ensuring compliance with NY SIR and NJ mandates, and leading efforts to improve applications and business processes. The position requires managing special projects, performing economic analysis, and serving as the expert for the Interconnection Online Portal (IOAP) and DER reporting.
