(Senior) Specialist - Regelleistung & Prozesse (w/m/d)

Vattenfall Wasserkraft GmbH is seeking a (Senior) Specialist for Regelleistung and Processes at one of its locations in Hohenwarte, Berlin, or Hamburg. The role focuses on the strategic development and optimization of the provision and marketing of balancing power for hydro power, with the aim of improving regulation quality while minimizing operational and regulatory risks and maximizing commercial optimization in line with national and European requirements. As a central interface between Vattenfall Wasserkraft, BA Markets, and the TSOs, you will develop concepts, guidelines, and decision foundations that feed into operations and technical controls, and work autonomously to shape processes and provide decision support to operational and strategic teams.
