Reltio is seeking a Senior SRE Engineer to join its global Cloud Platform organization, focusing on Customer Enablement and 24×7 Operations. This role aims to deliver an exceptional customer experience through a KPI-driven approach, fast response, and continuous operational improvement. The engineer will collaborate across multiple teams to own customer-critical workflows, improve service KPIs, and strengthen incident management and on-call operations.

Responsibilities

Serve as front line for infrastructure alerts and incident management in 24x7 follow-the-sun model
Own and improve customer experience and operational KPIs including ticket aging and response time
Partner with engineering to identify recurring issues and drive permanent fixes and automation
