The Senior Staff Accountant serves as the primary owner of the day-to-day accounting function for a multi-campus church organization, ensuring financial integrity and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include executing the month-end close, managing balance sheet reconciliations, overseeing the annual audit process, and running the full payroll cycle. The role requires strong autonomy in handling complex accounting tasks such as fixed asset capitalization and fund accounting while partnering closely with the Director of Finance.
