About this role

Ambiq is seeking a Senior Staff Analog IC Design Engineer to lead the definition and development of critical analog and mixed-signal subsystems for ultra-low-power semiconductor solutions. This hands-on role involves establishing subsystem specifications, designing high-risk circuits, and guiding implementation and validation across the complete silicon lifecycle. The position requires onsite work five days a week in NW Austin, Texas.

Responsibilities

Lead specification development and define circuit architectures for analog subsystems
Perform transistor-level design and verification for complex high-risk analog blocks
Guide implementation and validation while mentoring senior engineers across teams
