Senior Staff Backend Engineer

The Senior Staff Backend Engineer will define the technical direction for Rocket Pay's core domains, leading the architecture and engineering strategy for Coupang Pay's next-generation payment platform. This role involves owning the end-to-end responsibility for system stability, scalability, security, and performance while processing massive transaction volumes. As a technical leader, the engineer will drive design reviews, make critical technical decisions, and mentor other engineers within the organization.
