Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer
About this role
The Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer will lead Reddit's Relevance team to design and build large-scale search and relevance systems that power Reddit Search and Reddit Answers. The role focuses on advancing query understanding, retrieval, ranking, features, measurement, and LLM-based answers while partnering closely with product, design, and cross-functional teams. This position drives technical direction across the broader ML and Search organizations and helps scale systems to serve a global user base.
