Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer

As a Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer focused on Action Models, you will be a foundational technical leader in Atoms' AI organization, developing models that enable intelligent machines to reason, decide, and act in the physical world. This deeply technical individual contributor role involves defining the technical architecture for action models, exploring multimodal architectures, and translating emerging research into reliable systems for real-world robotics and autonomous operations. You will provide technical leadership, mentorship, and hands-on engineering while collaborating across research, engineering, and robotics disciplines to solve complex physical AI challenges.
