About this role
The SPLC seeks a Staff or Senior Staff Attorney for its Democracy: Education and Youth Advocacy and Litigation Impact Team to advance education and youth justice in the South. The role centers on using strategic civil rights litigation, community lawyering, and advocacy to defend and strengthen public education and protect students from discrimination, criminalization, and exclusion. The attorney will work closely with community partners and SPLC teams to support impact litigation and policy goals.
