Senior / Staff SDET

Nexxa is seeking a Senior or Staff SDET to own quality for its AI agent systems, combining deep test automation with hands-on manual and exploratory testing. The role involves building production-grade evaluation harnesses, simulation environments, and CI/CD quality gates while collaborating with ML and backend engineers to define and measure agent performance. The position requires designing rigorous evaluation systems for probabilistic, LLM-driven applications and establishing quality bars for autonomous industrial operations.
