Senior Staff Software Engineer

This role is a senior technical leader within Achievers’ Marketplace team, responsible for shaping the engineering direction of a high-traffic, global employee recognition and rewards platform. The position focuses on designing and evolving backend-heavy systems and services that power a large-scale e-commerce-style marketplace used by millions of users worldwide. The engineer will influence architecture across multiple teams, own complex SaaS solutions end-to-end, and partner closely with product and design.
