The Tech Lead / Senior Staff Software Engineer will serve as the hands-on architect and technical owner for Coupang Play’s ad infrastructure, leading the build-out of a Supply-Side Platform (SSP) and Ad Exchange. The role balances technical strategy, system design, and close partnership with Product, Business, and Ad Ops while helping grow and mentor engineering talent. The position focuses on delivering scalable, low-latency backend systems to support the streaming service's advertising business.
