General Electric
The Next Generation Products team is responsible for a significant New Product Introduction (NPI) program developing from GE Aerospace’s investments in science and technology. This role is an Engine Systems Design Integration (ESDI) position. In this role you will serve as the technical integrator who connects manufacturing, components, and survivability into a single strategy and integrated plan. You will ensure requirements are clearly defined, flowed down, validated, and controlled across the product, while managing interfaces, configuration, CTQs, risk trades, and system-level verification activities. The role combines strong systems engineering discipline with cross-functional leadership, requiring someone who can lead technical reviews, align stakeholders, solve complex integration problems, and translate detailed analysis into clear decisions that improve performance, quality, and program execution in a fast-paced defense development environment.
