Senior Staff, Technical Program Management, Power Package NPI

This role leads the execution of strategic AI and Datacenter Infrastructure Power package engineering and New Product Introduction programs, managing complex initiatives from development through production ramp. The position requires collaboration with global OSATs, internal engineering teams, and cross-functional partners to ensure quality, reliability, and schedule adherence. It involves driving root-cause analysis, managing risks, and facilitating the transition from qualification to volume manufacturing.
