About this role

The Senior Staff Vehicle Hardware Verification and Validation Lead defines and ensures the technical integrity of vehicle-level hardware testing programs for autonomous vehicle systems. The role drives organizational standards for test execution and documentation while partnering with hardware, software, systems, manufacturing, operations, and safety teams. The lead also represents vehicle-level hardware V&V to senior leadership and guides cross-functional groups to verify Aurora’s hardware across autonomous vehicle programs.
