Senior Stakeholder Engagement Manager

The Senior Stakeholder Engagement Manager leads proactive community outreach and public engagement for key infrastructure projects, developing and implementing project-specific engagement plans throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires strong internal relationship building, complex communications execution, and independent project management within a highly matrixed organization.
