The North Carolina Arboretum
The Senior State Budget & Policy Analyst serves as the UNC System’s subject matter expert on state appropriations and legislative funding, providing strategic analysis of budget proposals, legislative actions, and funding allocations. The role monitors state budget developments, supports implementation of appropriations, and delivers financial and policy analysis to inform institutional leadership while collaborating with the UNC System Office, Government Relations, and campus leaders.
