Senior Statutory Reporting Manager

The Senior Manager of Statutory Reporting will lead statutory compliance, governance, and consolidated reporting for UK, European, and other global legal entities. This strategic, hands-on role drives the UK consolidated reporting process, manages complex multi-country eliminations, and oversees controllership for complex holding entities. The position partners closely with external auditors, shared services, and local finance teams and helps architect scalable processes and controls across the organization.
