Senior Stock Plan Administrator

The Senior Stock Plan Administrator manages the day-to-day administration of the company's equity compensation program, ensuring accurate processing, compliance, and reporting across the full equity lifecycle. This role partners with internal teams and external providers to handle equity operations, stock-based compensation accounting, and employee communications. The position reports to the Controller and supports audit readiness and process improvement initiatives.
