Senior Strategic Planning Associate

The Senior Strategic Planning Associate for the Surgical Operating Unit will drive and organize the end‑to‑end strategic planning process, collaborate with senior leaders across functions, and conduct analyses that influence high‑level decision making and the direction of Medtronic’s largest operating unit. The role includes supporting leadership discussions, managing governance mechanisms, and performing ad‑hoc strategy work such as product strategy development and M&A support, with up to 30% global travel.
