The Senior Strategy Consultant is a senior strategic advisor focused on translating Mass General Brigham’s system-level resource stewardship strategies into actionable, measurable plans. The role partners with senior leaders to shape multi-year roadmaps within domain areas (e.g., Workforce Effectiveness, Clinical Supplies) and supports organizational readiness from idea through implementation and sustained impact. It also reinforces a culture of stewardship and accountability across the system through executive advising and capability building.
