Senior Structural or Building Forensic Engineer

A Senior Structural or Building Forensic Engineer investigates and identifies causal factors of damage to residential, commercial, and industrial structures for Intact's claims team. The role involves reverse-engineering loss scenarios, testing hypotheses using the scientific method, and producing detailed technical reports for major damage cases. Engineers will also collaborate with stakeholders, document scenes, testify in court as expert witnesses, and assist in resolving complex building claims across the Edmonton area.
